I would not recommend this place for weight loss. They give you a good story but I was not pleased. They couldn't even get my first appointment correct. It made me doubt their ability to provide a safe and effective workout regimen for me. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance so I could come back from vacation and get started on a new workout. When I arrived ready to get started, I was told I couldn’t be seen for an hour. Then they realized I would have to reschedule and see someone else. Very disappointed.
