I lived on JBMDL, this company can actually get on base to perform carpet cleanings. They did an excellent job, the carpet looked like the day we moved in, fresh and clean . The price was fair and the technician had a great personality.

Thanks to the Owner "Art", I was able to make an appointment to have my carpet cleaned for my move out inspection on a military installation with very short notice. Also, Art's employee (DJ) did a phenomenal job on my carpet not to mention he came in on his day off! I will definitely pass along the OUTSTANDING service I received! Art & DJ...you are both ALL STARS!! Wishing all continued success!

DJ and Dorian did such a great job. We’ve used FreshStart multiple times and they are always quick to fit us in and incredibly reasonable. We had weird stains on our basement sectional and our fabric headboard and they now look good as new! The owner, Art, is a great person to work with, very professional and friendly. Also he is a veteran and we have a lot of admiration and respect for that! Great team/operation - highly recommend!!

If you want great service at an affordable price? This is the company to go to, we had 31 chairs that needed to be steamed cleaned/spot treated and our chairs look Good as new! Amazing work! thank you again :)

Had our carpets cleaned on 5/24/21. Received 2 calls from the crew letting me know they were running a little late. That was much appreciated. The staff was friendly and professional. Our carpets look like new! Would highly recommend Fresh Start. In fact we're having them back to clean our kitchen and bathroom floors.
