How do we get started? We will evaluate your carpet's needs. Every carpet must be treated differently. We will decide what will be the best method for cleaning your carpet. You will know up front what we can and can't do. We will then go over the pricing information before we start. This way there are no surprises. What about moving furniture? This is really up to you. We ask that you clear the carpeted areas as much as possible, but we can clean around the larger items. We are able to move some furniture if needed.

On time, polite, quick, was extremely flexible on scheduling. I would absolutely use them again! Thank you, my carpet looks great!
Cleaning was fine. I did ask for something to be redone and the gentleman seemed frustrated. Not knowing I speak fluent Spanish he said and I quote “ fat white Americans” I was upset and did not confront him because it is not in my nature. I do assume he will know who I am by calling out what he said and I’m sure he will remember. But I do not recommend a business that is this disrespectful.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER. This person came to my home, did a terrible job and then shouted at me when I tried to talk to him about it. I wasn't allowed to voice an opinion or ask any questions. He just interrupted me and continued his tirade. If you dint gave experience cleaning all kinds of carpet you should have said so when I called and CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE SITUATION.
