I'm really surprised at some of these reviews. I've been seeing Dr Aluma for 2 years now for a psychiatric condition. I have been very happy with the services. I have not once talked to anyone that was rude or in any way gave me the impression that they didn't care about me and my health as their client. Many times I've contacted Kristen at the outpatient office on Main St. She has been nothing but caring. Several times she has been immensely helpful in communicating with pharmacies to get my prescriptions filled. This alone... read more

Submitted Grievance with Fresh Start Behavioral Health Inc about multiple complaints in September '25, got a written response (picture attached) admitting they're Audit Validated that "Some Entries" did Not Reflect Correct Modality of Calls. The doctor puts in session notes, my Personal Helath Information Records, all calls were done via video and none were. They were Phone Calls Only, audio Not Video. I hope they raise the bar for future therapist and therapy. My "therapist" Debbie actually suggested that I give up...just go drink. I was put on restriction because I had a trigeminal neuralgia attack and went out to call my daughter and sponsor for support. I have chronic hyponatremia and was told that if I needed to be treated again for low sodium then I would be discharged because obviously I am too sick to be in sober living. Nice. Fresh Start is very good place to start your journey at and to choose a New Way to live as this place has helped me so much and has restored my life.. it's really simple program if you choose to stay clean and sober. Staff are very professionals and fresh start has one of the best counselors that you're going to have with the best experience in recovery.. Great place if you are serious about getting your life straightened out! Has a lot of structure and help for the people that are ready for it! It has changed my life for the better so far! This turned out to be a horrible experience! I was thrown out on the street without a place to go for no reason other than falling on their property and having to go to a nursing home!
