We had another local AC company go to our rental and tell us the entire unit needed to be replaced inside and outside even though the outside unit was installed by them in 2022. I called Fresh Start for a second opinion. Not only did they work with my tenants hectic schedule and come out to the house more than once in the same day, they identified the issue as a dirty condenser and cleaned it right then.
