This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a treatment in advance, drove an entire hour to get there, and then was left sitting for 30 minutes with no explanation. Only after wasting all that time did they tell me my appointment was canceled. No phone call, no apology, nothing. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless with people’s time. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place.
I have been going to Fresh Skin Studio for years and enjoy the services provided. It is super easy to get an appointment and their times are convenient. Her facials are wonderful and have helped me care for my skin. I have also had lash lifts/tints and they are quick and easy to do. I highly recommend visiting Fresh Skin Studio.
