Great food! Salmon burger is fantastic! Service is sometimes questionable for the upscale food.
Wonderful meals during our stay. The roasted chicken salad sandwich was unforgettable. I liked the way the lettuce was stacked. Also sensational lobster roll, chowder and swordfish. The fish and chips was memorable too. I have never had fish so light and crispy...truly a masterpiece.
The atmosphere is very cozy. The service was nice, friendly and attentive. The crab and corn chowder lacked actual crab but was still good. All in all a pleasant experience. This is part of the Old Saybrook resort and marina so views are nice!
When you go to dinner you’re paying for the experience as well as the food. We got our moneys worth with Kristen! She is exceptional and makes the evening special. Beth & Tracey
