I'm sad with the service. I tried to reach out through email for getting defective Krusty the Clown crocs from their online store and didn't get a reply back.
Edited: they found my emails, and google had marked them as spam. Customer service is now helping me exchange for a better size, and I’m updating my review to reflect that! Pretty disappointed. I ordered through the Shop app, and followed the size chart and the shoes don’t fit. Reached out to customer service twice, asking if I can exchange (I just need to size up a bit) and no reply. Guess I’m out over $100.
This is BY FAR the worst company ever. A purchase was made by mistake and I reached out to them immediately but they refuse to give me a refund because it's "final sale" My phone is super sensitive and I want my money back immediately
