My partner and I were tenants of a rental managed by Fresh Property for the past 2.5 years. Our experience with the Fresh Property team was fantastic. We have been with Fresh property as our managing agent since buying our investment property in 2015. Across nine and a half years of continuous managemnt Duncan and the team at Fresh have always represented us well, managed inspections, trades and tenants. Nothing has been too big or too small for them. Update - we have sold this property and Duncan / Kathy and the rest of the team couldnt have been more supportive of the tenant at the end of his lease, the selling agent and ourselves when follow up paper work was required. ... read more

They care for our investment property as if it were their own and genuinely care for both our tenants and us as landlords.
