In June 2025, I had medial meniscus and ACL surgery on my knee. I got injured playing tennis. I was very active before my injury but had a long road of recovery ahead of me. My physical therapist, Jay, was highly attentive and pushed me consistently. I went from not walking, to walking with crutches, to walking with a brace, and now running with no brace.
