Yessss…. This PT place Fresh Pond is an excellent therapy relief and mostly caring as soon as you walk in the door. They are friendly, always accommodating to your needs. My experience with PT ULYSSES; nothing but exemplifies a person who is knowledgeable and even when you’re tired he helps push you through your sessions. Ulysses is the best! He is very friendly and helpful. Everyone here always makes sure I am taken care of and is flexible with scheduling changes.
Friendly and accommodating staff. The physical therapist asks thoughtful questions and did exercises that helped with my back pain.
I have sciatica, which occasionally has "flare-ups" from time to time. Initially, I got shots at a pain management clinic which didn't do much to help. Then I started going to Fresh Pond PT, and the difference between my first session and my final session is like night and day. No pain, I can walk normally again, lift (somewhat) heavy things again, etc. It's a small place, but it has everything you need, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Let’s start with unprofessional. The front desk staff did not know how to print out necessary paperwork for a new patient. The girl went behind a curtain to ask for help, here comes another young girl who was clearly laying on one of the beds(guess it was break time!) than they did not have a female lymphedema specialist on site, which was requested in advance since I was going in for a lymphatic massage and therapy following a mastectomy.
