a terrible experience. for eleven hours they lied to me that they were calling me "immediately just to wait for half an hour", after which they overloaded me and when I returned, the woman in charge of the BOL assumed that it was too late and to I'll be back the next day, after 10 o'clock.. if you can, avoid coming here
I Hope never come back to load here !! À lot of waiting, the first woman was friendly this is not the case of everybody
Very very bad company. My appointment is 10am. But right now 11pm. And they say wait little bit more. If you have 15-18 hours extra you can pickup load. Otherwise ignore this company.
