I don’t usually write reviews but what horrible quality/experience. They changed management. I guess fired every employee. I showed up expecting it to be packed on a Friday because it used to be. Not only was I the only person in the place but they had one male employee working THE WHOLE DAY. I got weird vibes immediately because it was very dirty in there bluntly looked abandoned but wanted to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. I used to love this place, but recently have been disappointed. I went today with my sister for my bday. There were two guys working and two girls there getting their nails done. We knew the girls so decided to talk with them. I asked the guy twice how long till we would be helped, and he said the other lady workers were on the way back, as they had left to go shopping at Northlake mall. 30 minutes go by and I ask again, I get the same response. I went in for a simple dip powder. I had a nail that was cracked and I asked the technician to be careful with the nail. She began to drill my nail and was very rough. I asked her if she could change the drill tip because the one she was using was hurting. She got an attitude with me saying it would not make a difference. She was very rude and not personable at all. At the end of the service my nails were crooked and very thick. I was not pleased with my time in that salon.
