I wrote about my first bad experience here 7 years ago and, despite that, recently decided to give Fresh Nails in Riverdale another chance. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse. I did not make an appointment, and multiple technicians worked on my hands and feet, rushing between clients. The lack of consistency showed, my nails turned out extremely poor quality, with uneven lengths and shapes and bubbles in the polish. Tram did an amazing job per usual! I absolutely LOVE coming here. Everyone is so amazing and Tram always does my nail designs way better than the reference picture. I absolutely love how outstanding the service is at this salon compared to others in the area!
I will always recommend Tram to anyone who asks!! She does amazing work and is so sweet and fun to chat with!!
