Anne Marie and her team did some wonderful work for us. They gave our rental a complete and thorough clean, by the end of it was sparkling. This was even after that house had been flooded due to an issue within the roof. We got our full bond back and highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. This is a great local business that are dedicated to getting great results for their customers especially with Bond Cleans, we can’t speak highly enough of them! I reserve my comment about this company except to say they did a very shoddy job as determined by the real estate and myself and refused to return to remedy the situation. Personally, I will never use them again under any circumstance and will absolutely not recommend them to anybody.
Chris and Amelia were amazing! Booked for two hours and managed to get more than expected cleaned in that time and to a very high standard. Very happy with their clean and will definitely request them again!
Engaged fresh n dry for bond clean, pest spray and carpets. They arrived on time and cleaned however the cleaning was to a very poor standard. They had to return after the real estate inspected the property to rectify many issues that a professional cleaning company should not miss. Even after they returned many issues were still not fixed which meant we had to pay additional cleaning costs from our bond. Fresh n Dry refused to pay any compensation and do NOT honour their work.
