I had a ad-blue system replaced in my car with this garage last year and it wasn’t cheap (£1.4K) although it seems like they fixed the issue of these warning lights appearing on the dashboard. Then in February my car couldn’t start and I dropped the car off at FRESH. They said my newly fitted battery was no good and also the battery management unit need replacing. I booked my car in for a service, MOT and 2 new tyres. I received amazing customer service from the moment I called, my booking was also confirmed by phone and text, with all my questions answered quickly and efficiently. I was served by Dave and David, both being helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Fresh (Watton).
After my initial enquiry about buying a car with fresh motors the process was so simple,the staff were very helpful and accommodated my needs in securing my vehicle, they picked me up from my house which was a nice touch too,even after leaving my driving licence there they WhatsApp me to let me know they had it and would put it in the post posthast ! I would not hesitate to pass on my experience to others looking for a quality car ,keep up the good work guys .
