What a great team at Fresh Motors, great service, reasonable price and no hard pressure selling
Started to use Fresh Motors 3 years ago after a breakdown and the car needed repairs…service was so polite and helpful and the repair was completed the next day after Fresh collected car as it was undriveable… Following that experience we have transferred all our servicing and repairs to Fresh as that polite and helpful experience has continued and in fact it’s like being one of the family when booking any work, friendly welcoming attitude from David, Dave and Grace. I can’t fault the customer service, very helpful, 2nd used car I have purchased. My new car passed its MOT with a minor advisory, unfortunately it wouldn’t have passed inspection for my Hackney license, they didn’t have to, but at their own expense they sorted the minor advisory so it would pass the inspection by the council, something I couldn’t have afforded to do. Very happy customer & I would recommend going to Fresh to anyone
David was very helpful when I dropped my car off and on collection Dave explained everything they had done to my car. Great service thank you. I didn't meet Grace or James but I'm sure they would both have been helpful too.
Adam was fantastic, made the whole process effortless. Great customer service, felt really well looked after. Also the extra checks that are completed are reasuring and the valet before collection is a real bonus.
