Great quality of work and excellent customer care. Carl is always someone to trust for every job.
The team was great. Did a super job on cabinet cutting and reinstalling a sink. Very neat.
A free estimate appointment was scheduled days in advance, and Carl had no common sense decency to call in ahead of time to reschedule. Hearing that "oh well I had an emergency" after reaching out to him is unprofessional because my time is as valuable as his. Carl was texted in advance to set up the appointment as he had asked to be able to add it to his calendar. A reminder text was sent to to him 1.5 hrs ahead the day of to remind him of scheduled appointment. No response. I reached out and he gave a that weak "oh well...... read more
