We are so pleased with the services we received. The staff was very attentive to what we wanted and maximized the use of features we already had. We would recommend them over and over.

It was a very frustrating experience! It started well, but when there was an obvious dip in the paver patio as they were installing it, he did not fix it even though we discussed it several times and I was assured he would fix it. He also quit abruptly and did not finish the agreed upon work.

We hired Fresh Look knowing that we needed help with our backyard, but not really sure what we wanted. Josh and Mike were incredibly helpful. They created a water mitigation plan (we were getting water in our garage) and redesigned our entire backyard. They were very responsive and great about asking questions and offering suggestions. Their work is also beautiful (I would post a picture, but the work is currently covered by snow).
