Very friendly, efficient company. Upholstery cleaning was affordable and well done!
On time, on budget and very well done. We are very pleased.
They cleaned out carpets well enough, but I am a bit upset that they didn't complete the service that we agreed to on the phone. When we called we asked if they could both clean and stretch the carpet - the person on the phone said they could do both and we even gave them some dimensions for the areas that need to be stretched. Today they cleaned the carpet but the technician said they do not stretch carpet. Very frustrating as this was the main reason we booked with them. Likely won't use them again because of this.
