They cleaned out carpets well enough, but I am a bit upset that they didn't complete the service that we agreed to on the phone. When we called we asked if they could both clean and stretch the carpet - the person on the phone said they could do both and we even gave them some dimensions for the areas that need to be stretched. Today they cleaned the carpet but the technician said they do not stretch carpet. Very frustrating as this was the main reason we booked with them. Likely won't use them again because of this.
Booked service 1 week out. Needed to adjust date by one day with two days notice for a specific time. VERY accommodating! Everyone I talked to was courteous, helpful, "smiled" with their voice, and went out of their way to help. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, got down to work ASAP, and had the job done in no time. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I found them on Google and am sure glad I did, not being an Islander. I would highly recommend Fresh Look to anyone looking for cleaning services. *****
Excellent experience in Powell River Dustin came on time was thorough and professional and left my house sparkling! The ductwork was quick and efficient and my stair carpet is like new -Thankyou
First time using Fresh Look. They picked up our area rug for us, returned it and helped lay it back down in floor. Thanks for helping as it was a bit heavy for me to manage!
