Communication is outstanding, with friendly and responsive office staff, supportive co-workers, and professional directors who ensure everything runs smoothly. The quality of service is consistently excellent, and their reliability truly makes them stand out. Highly recommended for strata maintenance services.
Recently had this company out for a clean at our building. The workers at this company were so rude. I asked politely if they could please mop and clean the whole floor correctly and they completely ignored me. They showed no care and no pride in their work. They simply just came to just complete less than the bare minimum. They briefly mopped the floor and when I asked if they could go over the areas they missed. I have been very impressed with the standard of maintenance and cleaning carried out in our apartment complex by Fresh Living. The work is consistently completed to a very high level, and the overall presentation of the building reflects that.
