The service was exceptionally poor. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful, responding to questions with visible irritation rather than assistance. The food quality was disappointing; it tasted like pre-made, frozen meals that had been reheated. There was a distinct lack of seasoning, resulting in bland and flavorless dishes. Considering the high prices, the value was extremely low. I would recommend sticking to pre-packaged items and beverages, as those were the only acceptable offerings.

Excellent customer service!! They did not hesitate to work with our rare chicken/turkey allergy, and the food ( egg bacon cheese biscuit and cheese and ham/mushroom omelet) were perfect! Thank you for a great experience!!
