The weirdest and most unprofessional company I’ve ever had come to my house. The gentleman was extremely overbearing, loud, spoke very quickly, and was aggressively worked up. He wouldn’t stop talking long enough for me to even ask questions. When I asked who actually does the work and whether they use subcontractors, he became irritated said he doesn’t have to do work anymore , called me “weird,” abruptly walked out , slammed my front door and left his wife behind 🤣 she said he has outburst often. Horrible horrible work, quality, LOUSY PREP, LAZY as if they disconnect something they won't or don't know how to reconnect it, they have you sign a contract that they don't follow, a quality paint job to them means SPRAY PAINTING EVERY THING THEY THINK YOU MIGHT CHECK! Except the backs of closet doors, doors that lead to steps, window sills, behind mirrors, all of the pieces of something,...or steps leading to the basement and the laundry room! Our experience with Fresh Image was very professional and the customer service was awesome. The painters did an amazing job on our house and deck in a timely manner. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any service. Angela and Sammy were great also.
