Poor service with poor customer service. Purchased a expensive xmas tree only to find it was broken. The next day wanted a refund and was made to feel it was my fault. This is why i stick to KMART try to give small business a go:(
My partner went to return an item that was not fit for its purpose, wanting a refund as he was entitled to. He was told that he couldn't get a refund, so he said he would change it for something of similar value. He chose something and went to leave and the guy working there chased after him out the door, demanding he return for 'price match'.
