Make sure you have. You're a trailer plate number and your truck plate number along with your driver's license..The woman in the office was rude..I said good morning 3 times has she ignored me the first 2 times and continue talking to our coworker didn't even look at me for acknowledge that I was alive..came back into the office and was completely ignored..wait time was 1 hr
Apparently these lazy folks think they work at a restaurant and believe closing at 9 means 8:30? Standing at the window at 8:55 and they tell me to come back in the morning... what a joke, I wonder what your supervisor would have to say about that? 9:00 means 9:00, not 8:55, not even 8:59...
Everything said on comments is TRUE. Rude people. Super tight spaces. Got here at 6:15. They called said they did not have my product. 11:15pm right now and still not loaded.
