A year and a half ago I turned to Fresh Hope Counselling in the West End as I was struggling with a great deal of anxiety. Caroline worked with me through several sessions and I was amazed at how beneficial those sessions were as well as how intentional and caring she was. The “tools” I acquired during that time have been quite helpful ongoing. I can’t recommend Fresh Hope Counselling enough!

I came for a session and left about 10 mins into it because the counsellor kept doing some “baby tone” type of speaking. Im a grown dude. Felt like a unprofessional environment. U ask me to contact where do i?

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Beth and Glenn for many years. They have built this clinic with the same love, faith, integrity, and dedication that they consistently show in their personal lives. The counsellors at Fresh Hope all share a deep desire to help foster soul deep healing, restoration, and growth. I’ve personally used the clinic several times in my stress prone life and always felt heard and helped. I would highly recommend anyone searching for help to give them the opportunity to help you on your journey.
