Juan was very responsive and easy to work with! He was able to fit me into his schedule quickly and worked with me to find a good time. He did a great job cleaning my carpet!
Juan and his crew were on time, explained the process, managed expectations and did a great job. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
My only suggestion is that everyone: Make your appointment months in advance. I've now learned to treat Juan very much like my dentist. A cleaning for my teeth and a cleaning of my carpet every 6 months. He is awesome. I live in Fairfax and if anyone wants their cleaning on the afternoon of December 11th of this year you should know he'll already be at my house.
Amazing! Scheduling was easy and fast, and Juan was very educated and informative of his tile work. I haven’t seen my shower grout this clean in a long time!
My house hasn’t had the carpets properly cleaned in at least 10 years. The already tan carpet was nearly black in areas from foot traffic, stains and other debris. There was also a smell trapped in the carpet that wasn’t great. In about 2 hours worth of work the 30 year old carpet looks amazing, the stains have been removed, the smell is gone and overall I am impressed with how clean the carpets came out.
