Food was good, prices are great but service was not great. The place is also ok.
I’m giving this place 3 stars because I know they’re a family working hard to make a living. However, for honesty’s sake I won’t be back. I’ve been here twice to give it a second shot and it was largely the same experience. Service is really curt and the food isn’t truly healthy. I mean, it’s healthier than going to a fast food joint or to Subway, definitely, but it is not what I’d define as healthy. Daily sandwich specials are awesome! Smoothies are amazing!! Try the cold brew smoothie too!
I’m so glad I stopped in here today! I ordered the falafel bowl and avocado smoothie and both were delicious! The bowl was loaded with fresh and flavourful ingredients (I was just in Vancouver and ordered a bowl from a bigger chain and it was almost all rice and no veggies). The staff person was so friendly and I could see that they were chopping up fresh ingredients right then for my bowl! Good prices too, compared to the bigger chains. Highly recommend!!
Finally tried eating the food here today, it was delish! Had a chicken ceaser wrap, I'll be back for more
