I’m here at Strongsville mall and the lights are on in the stand but there’s nobody here and they said they close at eight and it’s only 2 o’clock
Three people working one cleaning up another one standing doing nothing and one making my smoothie and then goes to make my Panini while making my Panini. She allowed her baggy sweater to touch the food twice on top of the food sitting on an unclean surface.
Food is good but I always order a panini and consistently they give me a wrap I work in the mall so I don’t have time to ask them to remake it most of the time and so I just have to not enjoy something I paid for :( sad
Staff is super unapproachable and unfriendly. Food was great but staff got the order wrong.
