Everything we ordered was delicious, and staff were very friendly throughout our meal. My only regret is that I don't live nearby to come back often.
My job consistently uses FFG to cater our training and professional developments throughout the community.(Now I order for delivery just for me!)This was my introduction to the wonderful, high quality food they serve! I think I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it's all phenomenal! My faves- that mac and cheese, their jerk chicken, and don't sleep on those empanadas!🤌🏽 Can't wait to actually go in person and have it prepared in real time, I can only imagine!! Be there soon- keep the fries hot for me!
EDIT: Editing this review to say that the general manager, Victor, asked that I give him a call. He apologized for the misunderstanding and agreed that I should have been able to get the plantains in a separate container. He said they had retrained the employee and offered me a full refund for my entire order in the form of a credit that I can use in the future. Thank you fresh food generation. I love this place and never get tired ordering doordash. I can count on eating healthy and delicious meals you feel good about. Hopefully they can expand their menu.
I was here a few weeks ago and decided to write a review. I had quite a great impression with the customer service here! Sophia treats her customers with care and consideration to going over and beyond! I will for sure be returning again here
