Been buying flowers from here for years for my mum. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of fresh flowers.
I had a disappointing experience at your flower shop. The staff member couldn’t help with choosing or arranging flowers, and the bouquet was wrapped poorly not as i requested for. I also felt uncomfortable being asked to pay upfront repeatedly she asked me pay upfront 2-3 times before my flower was even ready. The staff seemed frustrated, and while paying, she placed the EFTPOS machine on the counter in a rude manner and careless way. Overall, the service felt unfriendly and unprofessional.
Amazing service
I ordered and bought 3 bunches of fresh eucalyptus for my daughter’ s engagement party and all the vases and table decorations were greatly admired. Very fresh!
