Just joined. Equipment is top shelf, prime, arsenal, Atlantis etc. Clean facility, great staff. Not crazy busy, at least from what I've seen. Highly recommend.
When I first joined, I left a 5 star review. Sadly, that had to change. The gym is not as good as it used to be before. By that I mean it's not cared for anymore. The cellings are always leaking water, the weights are never re-racked, the machines are slowly breaking down and I don't even remember the last time they changed the water filter because it has been on red instead of green for months so were technically drinking tap water which is not what I'm paying for. When I first joined, I left a 5 star review. Sadly, that had to change. The gym is not as good as it used to be before. By that I mean it's not cared for anymore. The cellings are always leaking water, the weights are never re-racked and the machines and are slowly breaking down. They laid off some of their best front desk employees and hired a bunch of kids that don't even greet you when you check-in or out. I constantly told them about these issues, but they don't care about their oldest members.
Best gym in the area. Reasonable cost, top of the line equipment and super helpful staff. Great atmosphere. You won’t ever need to find another gym.
Fresh Fitness in Southwick is a fantastic gym! I've been consistently impressed with the facility and the overall atmosphere. They have a huge selection of equipment, so you'll never have to wait for what you need, no matter what your workout routine is. Beyond the great equipment, the staff and owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They create a really positive and supportive environment, which makes working out there even more enjoyable.
