Very professional service! The facility was clean and very well set up. Tim took the time to explain the VO2max testing procedure and afterwards, explained the results clearly and answered all of my questions. The report that he sent me was very detailed and insightful. Very happy with the overall process. I would (and will be) suggesting this service to my friends and colleagues.

Modern equipment and locker rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers, great value, and amazing location for those working or living near downtown. I've been going here for over 5 years and, somewhat amazingly, I have almost never had to wait to use any equipment. I highly recommend FRESH! Fitness.
