I needed a new medical aesthetician since mine was retiring. I’m a big baby with needles and it was especially nerve-wracking because I was used to someone else who “knew” my face. Tracey was very calm and welcoming and even marked my face (no one ever did that before!) so I could tell she was very careful to get it right. Overall, this was a 5-star experience and the cool, funky vibe of her space was a bonus. I will be back!
Tracey accommodated back to back appointments for my friend and I this morning for small, fine-line tattoos and we couldn't be more pleased. The booking process was clear and professional and follow-up txt messages confirmed our designs and fees. The location is convenient in downtown brockville, bright, clean and has a fun decor vibe. Tracey offered a complimentary touch-up (mine was on my finger) and sent us home with a supply of second skin to assist with the healing. Thanks!

My autistic daughter wanted her ears pierced but fought getting it done so much so she ended up with her hand bleeding. I explain situation to Trayce and she was willing to try. So accommodating and pleasant. Explained step by step to my daughter what she was doing and was great at distracting her and only a few tears my baby has her ears pierced.... no blood! Would recommend Trayce to anyone who will listen! AMAZING experience with an AMAZING person!
Absolutely amazing experience for my 2 girls ages 9 and 12. Such a welcoming fun environment. Very clean and professional atmosphere Would absolutely recommend this place to anyway. I know we will be back.
