The lady who did my service was lovely but charging $50 for a serum when you can buy the same product elsewhere for $20-$25 is ridiculous. I specifically asked her about other options because funds were tight so it's that adds salt to the wound. I don't think anyone would blink an eye at a slight mark up but well in excess of the RRP and misleading info from staff is unethical
