It is with great pleasure to leave Dr Paul Matusko a well deserved rating as he is a professional dentist that takes great care of his patients dental needs. Highly recommend Paul for his excellent service. Thank you for 30 years of great dental care.
Dr Matusko charged me an extra $50 for a tooth he broke while pulling out it out. He asked me mid extraction if it was ok to charge me more. Very disappointing as I had been visiting him since I was a child and so have my whole family.
While staying in this area I was very pleased to find this dentist.He is very helpful and offers a very personal service.The only thing that lets the service down is the receptionist who is disorganised, confused and not helpful at all.I tried to book a further appointment with him directly, to avoid speaking with her as she always says he is fully booked, when he isn't. Although he had replied previously, the second time I tried to make an inquiry I received no response,which I found to be very unprofessional.
Hands down the best dentist, have been coming here since I was a kid. Even after moving to the Central Coast I make the trip cause I don't trust anyone else! The best rapport, very personable, and always shows genuine interest in my life + family. Just a really friendly guy who goes above and beyond and always has a laugh. Always leave happier, which im sure is rare after leaving a dentist. Thanks Paul :)
