I am very glad that I had my teeth treated at this clinic.
I have been seeing Dr Bergen since they opened or close to when they opened and he's amazing. The staff is all amazing. I recommended this place to many friends and family when they were looking for a new dentist. If you go here your teeth are in good hands.
Still have pain on my tooth months after a dental work, my wife still has pain on her 2 theeth done there. Had dental work done before even in Ottawa never had such pain.
I highly, highly recommend Dr. Moon. He is extremely patient, meticulous and conscientious. My tooth was a bit complicated as it required a root canal to be redone. He was very patient in helping me refer to a endodontist. After the root canal was done, he was really patient in helping me arrange for a dental crown, make it in a good fit, color matched. Even though there is something unexpected happened, he was really good to help me redo it. Thanks so much!
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I initially had an appointment for my daughter on January 24th, which was rescheduled to February 5th at 4:00 PM. Yesterday (February 4th), I received a call confirming the appointment, and again today at 1:08 PM, which I confirmed both times. Then, at 1:37 PM, I received yet another confirmation call and once again confirmed that I would be there at 4:00 PM.
