Booked an appointment for 6:00PM, they confirmed it like 3 times. When I showed up for my appointment, the dentist finally came in at 6:40PM. I waited 40m (no explanation, nothing). Please please please be more respectful of people’s time.
I did my root canal here with Dr.Lindi. Procedure was smooth and painless. They even offered movies to watch during the procedure. Staffs were friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Still have pain on my tooth months after a dental work, my wife still has pain on the 2 done there. Had dental work done before even in Ottawa never had such pain. I went back, few months ago and they took care of the issue with a root canal, no more pain. Thanks to Dr. Moon. I have to reconsider my review.
We met a new patient today who was referred by Dr Bergen at Fresh Dental. This patient had been asking her regular dentist (at another clinic) to be referred for orthodontic treatment, and they kept telling her that there was a long waitlist. ( She’s been waiting for almost 2 years.) I am a student with Blue Cross insurance. I had an appointment yesterday for a teeth cleaning, and it was my first time visiting this dental clinic. They took my insurance ID and had me fill out a form before the appointment. During the appointment, I had a checkup first, followed by a cleaning.
