I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Fresh Dental Clinic. The way our appointments were handled was completely unprofessional and a waste of our time. Last Thursday, my wife and I visited the clinic in person to book appointments for both of us for today at 11:00 a.m. The receptionist took our names and phone numbers and confirmed that our appointments were booked. Front desk staff is very kind, friendly and helpful at Fresh Dental Pembina. Henry did my dental cleaning, he was very polite, courteous, my mouth feels fresh.
Our first dental visit in Canada was a wonderful experience for my two children. Dr. Moon was very kind, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Moon! The hygienist was also very gentle and thorough, and my children felt relaxed during their cleaning. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and excellent care. We look forward to our next visit!
