Horrible experience. Grass wasn’t cut, my lawns always were overgrown and never looked nice. For a paid service, this was embarrassing. Wanted money before the grass was cut each month, and now I know why. Would never hire again, cannot be trusted. Edit: guy continues to lie about the situation, which I have all on text message. Guy wanted money before he mowed each month, which I told him was strange and unheard of but “that’s how he runs his business”. Matt the owner is a very nice guy an respectful, he gave me a time an he was right on time. Matt an his helper did a good job on trimming my over grown bushes. I would recommend Fresh Cut to anyone who needs Lawn &Landscape done. I give them a Thank you Matt
Matt is an exceptional person, we had moved and had no idea how we were going to bring our beloved long-haired Chihuahua who had passed with us. I had saved a post many months ago with his name and number because he was helping someone else with there pet. I texted him, within minutes he called me and made arrangements to come down to see if he could help. He came the next day started digging he was able to bring our baby to our new house. So far I have been incredibly pleased with the snow blowing services from Matt and his team. He is responsive and easy to communicate with. I will be using him again next year.
