He never shows to plow/shovel our house. Our landlord has to ask for him to come multiple times, and when he does show he only does half the driveway, or doesn’t throw down salt, or has an excuse as to why he never is there. Do not pay for his snow removal services because you’ll end up doing it yourself.
I recently hired Matt and his team for my snow removal and I couldn’t be happier. He is puntual, efficient and takes great pride in his work. Communication is excellent. Thank you!
Horrible experience. Grass wasn’t cut, my lawns always were overgrown and never looked nice. For a paid service, this was embarrassing. Wanted money before the grass was cut each month, and now I know why. Would never hire again, cannot be trusted. Edit: guy continues to lie about the situation, which I have all on text message. Guy wanted money before he mowed each month, which I told him was strange and unheard of but “that’s how he runs his business”.
