The individual who runs this company nearly acts as a middleman. He we hired him to do work on our driveway, when he showed up with a crew we found out they were not his employees but subcontract it out. They did not know him personally so my wondering is why is his service is needed if he is merely a middleman. When asked to have the work completed in the way we wanted it to he would become very resistant.The people that he hired in the outsourced crew we are more than happy to do what we ask them to do.
