If I could give negative stars I would. Would of never chosen this company to begin with but my wife set this up. Before we begin we just purchased this home and everything is in working condition and not broken. I wanted the air vents cleaned and etc. They did the service and left. They said leave the vent open for 24 hours. When we went to put the vent hatch up we noticed that the metal latches were broken.
