I had a deep cleaning service scheduled with them and we included inside windows, balcony glasses as add-ons. We also had previously requested for sofa steam cleaning but were refused saying they don't have the necessary equipment for that. I booked with fresh cleaning post going through the website, and the services delivered to us were not as advertised. The quality of what was done was also not good. We got well behind on total cleaning during the lockdown and it had reached a point where it was both overwhelming and embarrassing. We reached out to The Fresh Cleaning and they sent us Magda. Magda made no judgement. She came up with a plan and executed. Our condo is a home again. Do not, I repeat, do not trust this place for cleaning services. I booked a cleaning for last Saturday. At the very last moment, they asked if I could accommodate cleaning on the Friday instead. I made some arrangements and accommodated the change. Friday comes around, the cleaner is a no show. Apparently, there is an arrival window of 1 hour. Which I was not informed of before hand.
