We had Gary cook for our wedding dinner for 40 and the food was amazing! Gary was such a pleasure to work with from the first inquiry to the day of meal. All our guests loved the meal and Gary created flavorful dishes that covered our vegan, vegetarian, and meat eating guests. Would 100% recommend Fresh Catering for any of your catering needs!
We had Gary cater our company holiday dinner for 27 people. Gary was amazing! From accommodating the various dietary needs of GF, DF, vegetarian and vegan options to the meal that landed on the table, he was professional and the food was fresh, unique and DELICIOUS! On the day of the event I wasn't even present to let him into the venue, our team arrived at the appointed time and the apps were ready and the main dishes were being prepared. I have used Gary at Fresh Catering for a variety of company and personal events over the years including a personal chef for small dinner parties at our house. Gary is so easy to work with, and always has a great attitude. Gary's twist of southwest cuisine is so tasty that it just makes me happy, plus his food appears to be farm to table fresh. We like that. Lastly, I feel like I'm getting a good bang for my buck with Gary.
