Came for pizza on the Fresh Patio I can tell Brad is gone as maintenance of the patio lights, trash receptacles and grounds hasn't been done for a while. Brookshires FRESH iis definitely in decline
Yes, Fresh is fantastic, but I do have a beef. I discovered that they slice fresh Prosciutto a while back. It was basically better than the small packaged ones from Italy. The last two times I had Prosciutto cut, it was like overly salted ham. And not the best ham. It was harder and chewy. Prosciutto is supposed to be silky smooth, melt in your mouth amazing. What y'all switched to ain't cuttin' it.
