We called Fresh Breeze because our ac had stopped cooling and a technician from another company told us our unit was leaking Freon. The owner came within 20 minutes of my call and did an Inspection. He informed us that some had turned off our ac at the outside breaker box and that our Freon was full! He turned everything back on and the our upstairs dropped 10 degrees in an hour. When my A/C started to fail, I was worried I’d be stuck in the heat for days. I reached out to Gilbert, and he was incredibly responsive, coming out the very next day. He didn’t rush into suggesting a replacement, but instead took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and explore any possible alternatives. Great install of AC and ducting on an old house. Gilbert and crew dealt with the sweltering heat in the attic when most companies I called didn't even want to do ducts. Good guy and good work. Passed inspections right away.

Gilbert has replaced several hvac systems for us in the past and won’t use anyone else. He does a great job and always does what he says he will do.
