A step above! This is the kind of place that you can't wait to share with your friends and family. A wonderful, well-planned seasonl menu, and the food is amazing. A bit on the pricy side, but not out of reach for the food and service you receive. I've been twice when I've had to adjust my order because they were out of certain items, but the service is outstanding, and that makes up for it! A great place for brunch or dinner!
Fresh Bistro is a great addition to West Seattle I cannot believe nobody has review this place, the food is really good, especially for the west seattle neighbour hood. The food was good and the staff were very pleasant and friendly
Excellent! This place is classy with excellent food! Try the weekend brunch - many vegetarian/vegan options. Everything always fresh. Mimosas with "orange creamsicle" foam - to die for!! Ask for Kai on the weekend brunch; she is always friendly and terrific and also easy on the eyes!!!
We were over in West Seattle to meet a friend's new puppy and decided to grab lunch before the fuzzy frivolity began. We ducked into Fresh Bistro at 2:52PM, just squeaking in before their 3PM close. One thing that made this visit so great: our server welcomed us happily, which is not always the case when patrons arrive just under the wire before closing time. Delicious, local, organic – I love this restaurant! Another West Seattle gem offering great cocktails and excellent food showcasing locally-sourced meats and produce. I agree with the reviewer who mentions a few "misses" on the menu. Sometimes the chef's creativity produces things that are a little too exotic for my palate, though it's mainly the deserts that I end up feeling a bit disappointed with. Best eggs benedict breakfast in Seattle! – Delicious, really enjoyed the veggies side, and the mimosa is with quality Argyle champagne for $8/glass. Quality throughout. Great service too.
BAD VIBE – The food was good, but the server had a horrible vibe! He did not want to be there and was rude to us. I don't think I will go back and I won't recommend this place to my friends. Good luck, Fresh Bistro!
