BEWARE of Freshco Salons at Mullen Way. I paid over $400 for a bleach root touch-up with Tina, and after the very first wash, the color/toner completely washed out. Hundreds of dollars literally down the drain. What’s even worse is the way management handled it. Joanna, the manager, asked for photos, claimed there was “nothing she could do,” never even asked me to come in so she could see my hair in person, then completely ignored my follow-up calls and voicemails.
