This buisness was TERRIBLE. They came to our home and did both of our cars. The outsides anyway. We confirmed that they did shampooing of the inside seats before we made the appointment since that was our main reason for purchasing this deal. The seats were NOT done at all. If anything, they were just sprayed with water. There are stains on the seat that are still there that I know are easily removable in BOTH cars.
