Shi, He was more than helpful and walked through the process tooks pictures and show me and my husband everything that was on in our AC DUCT. Used Fresh Air USA and he kept trying to sell me one thing after another: UV Air Purifier inside AC and then a complete Vent Sanitization when he was here to clean my air vents and dryer vents. Said he couldn’t clean my dryer vent because it went up through the attic to the roof. Will not use them again.
