Derek came out to my house and assessed the situation after I had two other companies come out and said I needed to replace the whole system and argued with me. I’m not gonna mention your names however when Derek arrived, he assessed the situation and said we could get away with just replacing what needed to be replaced instead of replacing a $10,000 system. The folks at Fresh Air Systems are great mechanics and very honest. I've been using them for at least 10 years and they have consistently tried to fix rather than just replace units. Recently, they replaced a unit for us and their technicians were prompt, clean, and detail oriented. Their pricing is very fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I have fidelity national home warranty and was assigned Fresh Air systems for my blower fan going out. They are a smaller company but they know what they are doing. They are willing to go the extra mile and took the time to submit paperwork to my home warranty company while still at my house leading to an expedited review. Juan was my technician and he explained what was wrong and even looked to see if the part was in stock before he left my house.
