Griffin was great. He showed up right on time and kept me in the loop the whole time he was here. He checked out my whole HVAC system, walked me through how everything works, and then got to work upstairs. He took before and after photos of all the vents, which I really appreciated. I was shocked at how much gunk he pulled out of there! Seriously, dust bunnies galore! My allergies have been acting up lately, so I'm really hoping this makes a difference. This company was great. They talked to me about everything, told me when they'd be here, did the work, and even fixed a taped duct at no extra cost. Got a receipt, too. Will definitely use them again.

Mario did an excellent job cleaning the ducts—he was very thorough and his explanations were clear and straightforward. He also inspected and cleaned the unit really well. Clean-up after the job was a nice touch.
