This company was great. They talked to me about everything, told me when they'd be here, did the work, and even fixed a taped duct at no extra cost. Got a receipt, too. Will definitely use them again.
Mario did an excellent job cleaning the ducts—he was very thorough and his explanations were clear and straightforward. He also inspected and cleaned the unit really well. Clean-up after the job was a nice touch.
Shay clearly knows a lot about chimney repair. Fresh Air Plus fixed our chimney quickly and well.
Cory Phan was incredibly easy to work with. He was prompt in returning calls and did an exceptional job! Since he cleaned our vents and dryer, I've noticed a big difference, especially with my allergies. I am thrilled with Tropical Airflow Care!
