Fresh Air installed a new HVAC system in our facility. Ben and his team has been very helpful throughout the whole process. They are straight and honest, and i would add their price-rate to quality of work, is a little better than most in the Philly area. The team responds fast, and keeps an open communication with updates.
In three years of home ownership, and 3 different Vent Cleaning companies, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. After my HVAC failed and had to be replaced, it was highly recommended that I get the ducts thoroughly cleaned. Great company. Ben ensures that the customer is satisfied. He does what ever it takes to make the product work at its maximum possible level. Ben had his service mechanics come to my house and replace a couple of valves and to descale my tankless hot water heater. Nick & Rivera were absolutely professional!
